Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Approved returns receive a return label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalised items, and personal-care or hazardous products cannot be returned.

Exchanges & Refunds

For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order once approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If you have not received it after 15 business days, email us.
