After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional periods.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations. If COD is available for your order, you can pay the required amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information where available. Customers can use the tracking information to check their order status.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Khilona Ghar is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may contact the customer for further delivery arrangements.

8. Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, photographs or video of the package.
